Maharashtrian Goda Masala
Goda Masala is an earthy blend of spices with a uniquely rustic flavor. Uses: Grilled Shrimp / Paneer, Edemame Rice and Eggplant dishes.
Contains: Coriander Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon, Asafotedia, Sesame Seeds, Coconut, Ghee and other spices. Not suitable for individuals with dairy / nut allergies.
 

Dry Poultry Rub
A complex blend of 16 different spices, this is a potent rub has many applications. Uses: Spicy Tofu, Paneer or Chicken Kebabs, or grilled chicken, shrimp or fish! Once you have tasted what it can do - you can put your own twist to it!
Contains: Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Green Cardamom, Cloves, Black Pepper, Star Anise, Mace and six other spices.

Fragrant Cumin Basmati Pilaf Spices
A very useful tool in creating a fragrant and delectable Basmati rice pilaf. Uses: Mixed Vegetable Pulao, Cumin-Vegetable Rice, Indian Styled Quinoa with Spinach and more! Try it out..
Contains: Shaha-jeera, Star Anise, Bay Leaves, Nigella Seeds and more.

Recipe for Fragrant Cumin-Mixed Vegetable Basmati Pilaf

Tea Spice Mix
Contains: Dry Ginger, Nutmeg, Green Cardamom, Cinnamon, Cloves & Black Pepper. Also available as a pre-mixed blend that includes Darjeeling Tea and Oolong Leaves.
To make one cup Latte Styled Tea: Boil one cup of water, add a pinch of Tea Spice Mix. Allow to simmer. Add loose black tea or teabag. Steep to desired strength.  Strain and finish with milk and honey/sugar. Masala Tea is known for its warming qualities. Can also be used in green or black tea, to provide temporary relief of sinus congestion, and as a warming liquid when prepared in warm milk (without the addition of tea). Each 1 oz. package can flavor up to 25 cups of liquid. 

Garam Masala for Vegetarian Dishes
This special spice blend adds a uniquely Indian flavor to vegetarian entrees, mashed potatoes, stews, soups, vegetarian burgers and more. Uses: Ricotta Cheese stuffed Sandwiches, Red-Kidney Beans / Rajma, Coconut Stuffed Okra, Vegetarian Pulao / Biryani and others.
