Participants get a quick overview of Ayurvedic basics, learn about Dosha, how each of us responds differently to different climate elements. How does our diet influence our individual Dosha, and why is seasonal eating different for each of us? What kinds of drinks and beverages must I be drinking? Then we dive into tasting distinct Ayurvedic brews and teas, learning the importance of each ingredient and each brew, including brewing techniques.
